What I Do

Education that creates a path forward

I provide practical, culturally responsive education and training for justice-impacted individuals and the organizations that serve them: reentry preparation, ESL instruction, workforce readiness, and financial literacy, in English and Spanish.

Reentry Education

Reentry starts before release. I help participants prepare for the challenges they will face transitioning back into their communities: employment readiness, accountability, decision-making, communication, and overcoming barriers after incarceration.

ESL Education

English-language instruction for adult learners in correctional and community settings. Practical communication, comprehension, vocabulary, and confidence: skills that support employment and reintegration.

Workforce & Employability

Preparing for employment takes more than a resume. Participants learn workplace expectations, interviewing, communication, professionalism, accountability, and strategies for addressing employment barriers.

Financial Literacy

Practical financial education covering budgeting, credit, debt, borrowing, credit scores, identity theft, and responsible financial decision-making.

Social Proof

What clients say

"Miss Dayanara Saget is more than a facilitator. She is a living example of what reentry can look like when it's rooted in dignity, purpose, and real support.

During her time working with us in the Community Readiness Unit at the Arlington County Detention Facility, she led employability groups for returning citizens, conflict resolution, public speaking, and a host of reentry classes that didn't just inform, they transformed.

What sets Miss Saget apart is her lived experience. She doesn't speak from just theory. She speaks from truth and that truth resonates in a way that builds trust, breaks down walls, and allows people to see a future for themselves that once felt out of reach. She meets individuals where they are without judgment and challenges them to rise higher with accountability and belief.

In a field where stigma can often overshadow opportunity, Miss Saget continues to give of herself selflessly. She pours into others with authenticity, consistency, and compassion, helping returning citizens reclaim their identity, rebuild their confidence, and reenter society with a renewed sense of direction. She is, without question, a powerful example of reentry done right."
