About
I spent thirteen years at State Farm learning the financial systems most people only see from the outside. Insurance, benefits, claims, policy. I learned how it all actually works, and I learned how to explain it so it makes sense.
When I left, I knew I wanted to use that knowledge differently. Not selling products, but helping people understand what they are dealing with and what their options really are.
Today I teach reentry and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes in correctional settings, working directly with individuals as they prepare for employment, community reintegration, and the challenges of rebuilding their lives.
I am bilingual, English and Spanish, because the communities I serve are bilingual. Education and financial literacy should not have a language barrier.
Background
Thirteen years in financial services. Learned the systems inside and out, and learned how to explain them to people in plain language.
Guiding individuals through Medicare enrollment and benefits navigation. Translating complexity into clear next steps.
Founded my own firm to deliver reentry education, ESL instruction, workforce readiness, and financial literacy training on my own terms.
Mission
Fabian Consulting's mission is to provide practical education and workforce preparation that helps justice-impacted individuals build the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to create sustainable pathways forward. Preparation creates opportunity.
How I Work
I explain things the way a friend would. If it does not make sense yet, we keep going until it does.
I am not selling you a product. I am giving you the information you need to make your own decisions.
English or Spanish, whichever helps you think more clearly about your situation. I am fluent in both.
I bring thirteen years of financial services experience and a genuine desire to help. The first conversation is always free.
